Contact Us
CGPACalc Online is maintained by one developer, so messages are read and answered by the person who actually builds the tools.
Replies usually go out within two to three days. Messages about a wrong calculation are prioritised, since those can affect other people using the same tool.
What to get in touch about
A calculation looks wrong
The most useful kind of message. Tell us which calculator you used, the exact values you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected. If your university publishes its grading policy online, a link to it helps a lot.
Your university uses a different formula
Grading rules vary between institutions and sometimes between departments. If your transcript is calculated differently from what a tool here assumes, send the official rule and it can be accounted for.
Something is broken
A button that does nothing, a layout that breaks on your phone, a page that won't load. Mentioning your browser and whether you're on mobile or desktop makes it far quicker to reproduce.
A tool you wish existed
Most of the tools on this site were added because someone asked. If you keep doing a calculation by hand, it's worth suggesting.
Anything else
Questions about how a tool works, how your data is handled, or about the site in general are all welcome.
What this inbox can't help with
CGPACalc Online is not affiliated with any university, examination board or admissions body. Questions about your own transcript, admission status, result announcement or entry-test score have to go to your institution — this site has no access to that information and cannot look anything up for you.
Privacy and data
For questions about cookies, analytics or advertising on this site, the Privacy Policy covers it in detail. The Terms of Service explain the conditions of using the tools. If something there is unclear, the email above works for that too.
