By accessing or using gradecalcpro.netlify.app ("GradeCalc Pro", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

GradeCalc Pro provides online academic calculators, including a free GPA Calculator, free Percentage-to-Grade Converter, and two premium (PRO) tools: Target CGPA Planner and Aggregate Calculator. Free tools are available to all visitors. PRO tools require an active paid subscription.

PRO tools are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method automatically every billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are listed on our pricing sections and may change with prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to PRO tools will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may offer a limited-time free demo (e.g. 24 hours) of PRO tools to registered users. Demos are limited to one per user account and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at our discretion without notice.

Certain features (PRO tools, saved data, demos) require creating an account via Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use disposable or temporary email addresses to abuse free trials or demos.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass or circumvent any subscription paywall or demo limitation; (b) use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our calculators; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

GradeCalc Pro is provided for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, calculation results (GPA, CGPA, aggregate scores, etc.) may not exactly match the official grading or admission criteria of your institution. Always confirm critical academic decisions with your official institution or transcript records.

All content, design, branding, and code on GradeCalc Pro are the property of GradeCalc Pro and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create a competing product without our written permission.

GradeCalc Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including decisions made based on calculation results.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
